here are some pics:
Intercooler rewelded.
Tig welded exhaustpipe and catalytic converter stainless steel.
Manifold stainless steel Tig welded polished.
Pistons are from Wössner with 8,5:1 compression ratio
valves polished.
new hydraulic lifters.
Made a connector for Wideband Lambda
And a adapter for the original Megane harness
At the moment the engine is out and a untuned F7R is in.
The reason for that is a Turbo failure, now i am rebuilding the turbo.
The picture shows the worn piston ring groove.
A new turbine wheel and compressor wheel will come in
A stepped gap piston ring will come in
As you can see the edges of the compressor wheel are bended.
This is the new wheel.
The oil feed has now a new system.
Inlet manifold polished.
